Pop culture celebrities Catelynn and Tyler were interviewed by Matt Lauer on the Today Show this week.  (They also graced the cover of this month’s People Magazine.) For those, like me, who hadn’t previously heard of this young couple, they were featured in Season One of MTV’s 16 Pregnant and are now figures on MTV’s show Teen Moms.  I wouldn’t typically recommend much that springs from MTV, but Catelynn and Tyler do a good job providing an honest window into the challenges, complexity and beauty of adoption. (Although not mentioned in the interview, Alliance member Bethany Christian Services facilitated the adoption discussed.)
