Defending the Cause first launched at Bridgeway Christian Church in 2012 to help our congregation respond to the calling in Isaiah 1:17 to care for the fatherless. We have branches in adoption, foster care, mentoring, short-term care, global orphan care (as part of our missions department) and wrap around care. In 2016 our church-based ministry began joining forces with other Sacramento Area churches, non-profits, and agencies to form Defending the Cause Regional Alliance. By working collaboratively, we can share expertise and resources in raising awareness and mobilizing believers to respond to the needs of vulnerable children in our area and around the world.  For more info please contact Tiffany Loeffler at [email protected].
