| We are so grateful for how our people are responding to God’s invitation to care for the millions of unwanted, unclaimed and uncared for children in our world. It is humbling to be part of a church that is already so eager and committed to taking up the cause of hurting kids everywhere. We hear of the beautiful ways you are shifting their stories and shaping their futures…from joining the Foster Care movement…to sponsoring children internationally…to bringing kids permanently into your home….to supporting adoptive families. We want to do a better job supporting and encouraging families in our community as they engage the vulnerable and defenseless. We hold a monthly meeting to encourage those families that have followed God’s leading in foster care, adoption, or mission outside our walls to minster to the vulnerable populations. |
