2023 International Travel Information

The global COVID pandemic has made international travel very difficult and limited for global leaders over the past few years. For any global leaders hoping to travel to Collaborate and/or CAFO2023 Summit in September 2023:

  1. Most global leaders will require a current active US visitor visa to be eligible for travel to the US.
  2. US Embassies are working to catch up on their backlog for processing visitor visas, but some have long wait times for interviews.
  3. All non-immigrant, non-citizen air travelers to the United States must be fully vaccinated.

CAFO is not offering housing assistance/hosting, transport to/from airport, or meals (outside of conference-provided meals) for any global guests.

If you are eligible and able to travel, please note the following:

  • Please arrange for all of your accommodation and transportation – CAFO does not provide lodging, airport transfers, or transport to/from the conference each day.
  • Hotels near the hosting church are NOT within walking distance, and there is no public transportation in the area.
  • The hosting church is approximately 25 minutes from the airport (and there is no public transportation to get from the airport to the hosting church or nearby hotels).

A current active US visitor visa is required for global travelers to travel to the US.
