The mission of Compass is to assist youth and families successfully navigate through life by providing programs and services that emphasize personal growth, foster healthy relationships and promote connections to the community.
Our core programs which serve children and families in Central and Western Nebraska are Foster Care and Family Services. We recruit, train, license and support foster families, while also providing supervision, support and training to biological families.
