You are leading others largely because you want to change the lives of children and families. However, you often wonder, “Do I really have what it takes?” In some ways, leading others to care for kids is better than you ever imagined. You love seeing families created, families reunited and lives changed. But then there is all the stuff that comes with leadership that is more than you bargained for. Sometimes you feel really stuck.

The “Free to Lead” pre-Summit intensive is designed to help you identify those things that may be hindering your leadership. After registration, you will complete a comprehensive 360 Leadership Profile. The outcomes of this assessment will lay the groundwork for our time together. National leadership experts will walk through your profile in a fun and interactive workshop environment.

Whether you are a lay ministry leader, a pastor, a church staff member, a non-profit leader or organizational director, this pre-Summit intensive is designed with you in mind – to give you the tools and resources you need to help others change the lives of children and families.
