Soul & Strategy Retreat 2023

Located in the hills of North Georgia on 27,000 acres of preserved land, WinShape Retreat is tucked away on Berry College’s historic mountain campus. Though secluded, the campus is a short drive from Birmingham, Atlanta, and Chattanooga. The retreat offers cozy, beautifully-decorated lodging rooms, diverse meeting spaces, abundant outdoor recreation options to create the perfect retreat experience. We will learn together how to grow within our organizations a team culture and habits that sustains physical, emotional and spiritual vitality amidst ministry. We will open ourselves to God’s renewal of our own souls as well.

Here’s what some retreat participants have to say…

quote

"The Soul and Strategy retreat for me is a beautiful time of reflection and challenge. Reflecting on the faithfulness of God and being challenged by dynamic speakers and colleagues, who have become my friends."

Rhonda Littleton, A Home for Me

"The Soul & Strategy retreat was worth the investment. The teaching was incredible and genuinely what I needed. I really enjoyed the fellowship and collaboration with other leaders who are also in the trenches fighting for the vulnerable."

Todd Guckenberger, Back2Back Ministries

"Soul & Strategy was such an important time for me as a leader. I was spiritually nourished through times of worship, teaching and reflection. I was encouraged through times of discussion and fellowship. I was challenged to be a more intentional spiritual leader for my agency. Soul & Strategy is now a non-negotiable on my calendar."

Steve Duer, Agape of Central Alabama
