These CEUs are for social work professionals. Adoptive parents and professionals from other fields may elect to receive this certificate for independent submission to the appropriate boards and associations for credit.

To receive Continuing Education Units, please follow the steps below:

  1. After attending an eligible intensive, workshop and/or general session, fill out the Workshop Survey (link below) for each session.
  2. Surveys will be submitted for review. You will be emailed a certificate after Summit with the total number of hours earned.

For example: I attended 2 workshops and all 4 General Sessions.  I will fill out 6 surveys total and receive corresponding certificate with total hours earned.

For several CAFO Summit workshops, attendees may receive Hague credits* – whether as adoption service professionals or prospective adoptive parents.

*The suggested related Hague sections listed are offered on an advisory basis. Please consult your agency to confirm that these sessions will fulfill your requirements. Completion certificates will be available in each of these sessions.

To receive your Hague certificate, please follow the steps below:

  1. After attending an eligible Hague workshop, fill out the Workshop form (link above) and select each eligible workshop that you attended.
  2. The form will be submitted for review. After Summit, you will receive the Hague certificates via email.

Attendance Certificate

If you are in need of a certificate that will simply list the number of hours of training, please click on the Fill Out Survey button above and select Attendance Certificate from the list of options. You will receive a certificate via email.
