Children do best in families, but sometimes children are unable to be cared for by their parents. In these situations, we strive for a spectrum of alternative family options, including foster care. Until recently, foster care was a foreign concept in many regions of the world. However, NGOs around the globe are leading the way to create innovative foster care programs in nations where the phrase has never existed. Join us to learn more about successes and failures, and how to pioneer foster care where you are.
