For Christian leaders worldwide who are either:
- Planning to transition their care model from institutional to family-based care
- Currently navigating the care transition process
- Post-transition
- Alumni of the CAFO Research Center's Moving Towards Family Solutions Course or Sim Lab
- Donors providing financial support to care transition
CAFO's Christian Care Reform Peer Learning Community meets regularly throughout the year. These gatherings provide a safe, supportive space where those involved in care transition can learn, grow and thrive together in a holistic way.
