Church Foster Care Ministry - Any congregation-based ministry that works on behalf of kids and families in foster care, prevention, and post-foster/adoptive support.

Service Organization - Any establishment (not a church) that provides needed services and goods to support children and families in foster care. This includes organizations focused on mentoring, foster care closets, supply drives, legal advocacy, recruitment, family support, tutoring, family preservation services, etc.

Bridge Ministry - Any ministry that works with two or more churches and serves as a connecting "bridge" between those churches and the local/state foster care system. Services may include recruitment, training, and family support. This does not include placement services.

Placement Agency - Any agency that is licensed to place children in foster or adoptive care.
