This blog focuses mostly on issues and ideas, not personalities. But the truth is, all of us love to get to know the people behind ideas – what makes them tick, what they love, what helped make them who they are.

Not long ago, the CAFO team gathered for our annual strategic planning retreat. It was a rich time in California’s Sierra Nevada Mountains – growing closer as friends and followers of Christ…and also refining vision and priorities.   Over one dinner, the topic of favorite books came up — and one by one, each member of the team shared theirs.  I loved hearing these, and thought you might also.  So…here they are!
