Each session features a guest CAFO member CEO sharing real examples of what has worked, what has not, and what they are still improving. Together, participants will explore three core questions: what outcomes you are trying to change, how you can know using credible indicators and context such as baselines or benchmarks, and how leaders use measurement to support learning, improvement, and decision-making. Each session is designed to leave you with practical takeaways and next-step prompts to bring back to your team.
