Assistant Director of Social Services

AGAPE of North Alabama seeks an Assistant Director who will transition to Director of Social Services after a brief onboarding period. This individual will help to lead and strengthen its foster care and adoption programs. Working closely with the Executive Director, this role oversees daily operations and helps guide the program through a season of intentional strengthening, stability, and strategic, mission-driven growth, while supporting staff development and service excellence.
