Social Worker

AGAPE of North Alabama seeks a full-time Social Worker to support foster care and adoption programs under the Director of Social Services. This Madison-based, office-centered role focuses on case management, family engagement, and program stability. AGAPE serves foster, adoptive, and birth families across North Alabama and is in a season of intentional strengthening. Ideal candidates value structure, relational casework, and service within a Christian mission.

In accordance with Alabama DHR regulations, applicants must hold a Bachelor’s degree in Social Work (a Master’s degree is strongly preferred) and must be licensed (or licensable during your first year of employment).
