to family-based solutions. Residential care providers in transition need support and
guidance, yet there is a lack of coaches with adequate training and experience to support

That’s where the Care Transition Accelerated Academy comes in.
The CTAA is a highly-competetive, first-of-its-kind training program for leaders in care
reform. During the two-year hybrid learning program, CTAA Fellows receive instruction
