This hybrid eCourse combines weekly live instruction and on-demand learning to explore the key components of effective family strengthening, such as learning to identify families that need support, building relationships with families, helping families to identify their strengths and weaknesses, and creating a care plan to deliver services. Leaders of programs that serve vulnerable children and families will be informed and equipped to support families in ways that truly matter, with the essential goal of keeping kids where they belong.
