Help shape the future of the movement

For the past 20 years, we’ve seen God’s faithfulness in leading our community.

From the first 38 leaders who gathered and pledged to “leave logos and egos at the door” … to the potent initiatives of today, we want to celebrate all that God has done and continues to do!

But we also want to consider together where God is leading us next.

Are there great opportunities in our field that call for a shared, CAFO-wide response? Are there critical gaps or needs that require joint action? How has your life been shaped or impacted by this movement?

We want to seek God’s leading in this together.

That’s why we are inviting you to be part of the first-of-its-kind CAFO Community Insights Survey to consider together the greatest needs and opportunities facing our community and where we can unite our strengths for the future of the movement.

We have to be honest – this is not a short survey. Fully engaging with all of the questions could take you about 10-15 minutes to complete. This is the one and only time we will ask you these questions. So we invite you to prayerfully provide your input and share more about your experiences and hopes for the future.

Your responses will help guide the next 20 years.

To show our appreciation, upon completing the survey, every survey participant will receive a free audio download from Curt Thompson’s 2023 Summit workshopThe Deepest Place: Suffering and the Formation of Hope.

And to make this even more special – in honor of our 20th anniversary – all participants will be entered into a drawing to win a series of prizes, including:

• 10 – $25 Amazon gift cards; and

• 2 FREE REGISTRATIONS to CAFO2024 Summit with a $250 gift card to help cover expenses.

The CAFO Community Insights Survey will only be open for a limited time and will close forever on March 1, 2024. Thank you for prayerfully taking the time to give us your feedback today.
