Intake birth mother calls. Set appointment to visit within 48 hours. Educate birth mother about adoption process. Discuss legal rights. Discuss community resources available. Discuss Florida Reunion Registry. Assist birth mother with medical care. Assist birth mother with transportation. Present PAP’s profiles. Prepare consent & placement papers. Coordinate discharge of baby and BM. Request medical records. Provide grief counseling. Participate in all trainings.
