Chief Executive Officer

The CEO is responsible for the overall executive leadership and management of all the programs at Baptist Children’s Homes NC. The CEO will strengthen and advance the work of BCH by cultivating meaningful relationships with the staff, strategic partners, donors, and churches. The CEO is devoted to sharing hope and changing lives in a Christ-honoring way that exemplifies transparency, integrity, and accountability.
