House Parents
Baptist Children’s Homes of NC provides nationally accredited, nonprofit residential care through cottage homes where professionally trained parents care for children in a Christian, family-style setting. Using the trauma-informed CARE model, BCH helps children find healing through relationship-based, family-involved, developmentally focused care. Cottage Parents model BCH’s mission while overseeing children’s daily routines, supervision, and relational needs.
Our residential ministry provides family-style cottage homes for children and teens who need structured, therapeutic support in a stable environment. Each cottage is designed to reflect the consistency and care of a healthy home — where routines are established, education is supported, and spiritual growth is encouraged.
We pursue excellence in everything we do because every child deserves thoughtful, intentional care.
What We Provide:

But residential care is not simply about meeting physical needs. It is about restoring dignity, building trust, and pointing children to the hope found in Christ.
