The Network’s Mission is to promote family and community- based care for all children in Kenya through the implementation of legislation and policies such as the Guidelines for the Alternative Family Care of Children and the Care Reform Strategy.

The Association has a vision of a Kenya where safe and nurturing family and community-based care for all children is a reality.
