For 20 years, we’ve seen God’s faithfulness growing and deepening the CAFO community. From the first 29 leaders who pledged to “leave logos and egos at the door” to the tremendous initiatives owned together by this entire community today, we rejoice in all that God has done and continues to do!
Looking to the next 20 years, the CAFO board, staff and lead volunteers desire to draw out the perspectives, concerns and aspirations of the entire community.
One aspect of this shared discernment process is the community survey conducted in the spring of 2024, which ultimately included more than 500 participants.
This booklet summarizes the results with a renewed commitment to continue caring for the world’s most vulnerable children and families.
