Eileen has been married to Jerry for 34 years. They had three biological children and were living the American dream planning for their empty nest until God radically transformed their lives by awakening their hearts to the orphan crisis. They have since adopted five children, both domestic & international and founded Mustard Seed Faith Ministries (Matthew 17:20). They served in ministry to the Kolfe Boys Orphanage in Addis Ababa, Ethiopia and sponsored a Kolfe boy as an international student to the USA .

She spends her days home schooling their five youngest children, being grandma to three and needing her Savior all the day long. She serves in the Awana Program and North Wake Adoption Orphan Care Ministry at her church. She is the inventor/patent owner of a breastfeeding cover designed to provide privacy in public. She is a passionate Orphan Care advocate who desires to educate,encourage and equip the saints to be about the Lord’s business and fulfill His purpose in their lives, and the author of More Than I Can Handle! – a testimony of trusting God’s faithfulness through the impossible!
