Payment
We are using the following method to submit payment for our booth:*
Payment is required before booth spaces can be confirmed and booth must be paid in full by April 11, 2019.
- Check in mail to CAFO: 6723 Whittier Ave., McLean, VA 22101 (preferred)
- Online (go to: donate.cafo.org, select "Summit Sponsorship" as the fund, and add 2.5% for credit card fees)
- Please email an invoice for the total to the email address above
- Payment Plan: Email Temple@Cafo.org to set up yours
